Why I built it
There is a show I love on Twitch on the channel of MisterMV: Game of Rôles. It is an actual play of an original table RPG created by FibreTigre. To help the show during its early days, I decided to create a wiki for it.
How it's built
The wiki runs on MediaWiki, the engine of Wikipedia, with Docker. I decided to use SQLite: I knew the community watching the show was not huge, so I did not need the database to be hugely scalable.
Today it runs MediaWiki 1.43, still on SQLite, with a daily backup.
Where it is now
The wiki has 678 articles and about 16,000 edits. I still maintain it, alone, but I have not contributed to the content for a long time.
The team of the show uses it regularly too.
